Do you ship to my country?

Most likely, yes. We ship to almost every country in the world. Unfortunately, for some of our products we do not ship to Norway; Over time we have found that they have extremely strict rules on the importation of dietary supplements.

All items are shipped from our UK warehouse.

What is the cost to ship to my country?

Shipping to the UK is free for standard shipping (1-2 days delivery), or you can upgrade to Recorded delivery for £7.99. Please note you will only get a tracking number when your item has been sent via Recorded delivery.

We also offer free shipping to countries within Europe (5-7 days delivery). This can be upgraded to a Tracked and Signed (or equivalent service) for £9.99.

I have not received my order within the allotted time period, what shall I do?

If you paid for tracked shipping you will have received a tracking number. Unless otherwise stated, your goods will be dispatched via a Royal Mail service in the UK. Please check the tracking on the websites below;

If you did not pay for tracked mail, please email us at support@smartnootropics.co.uk. Please include your name, email and order number and we will immediately look into the whereabouts of your order.

In some cases there are delays on international orders, out of our control.

Do you provide a scoop with your products?

We do not provide a scoop with the majority of our products. The reason for this, is the densities of each product vary significantly thus making a scoop an inaccurate means of measuring doses.

We always recommend using a scale set to accurately dose any of our powdered products. We have a scales available which are accurate to 0.001g, which is perfect for lower dose products.

How will my product be packaged?

Our products come in a mix of either pouches, bottles or tubs. We will send your order in a discreet padded envelope or small cardboard box, dependent on the size and nature of the order.

How should I store my products?

We recommend storing all of our products in a cool dry place at room temperature.

One exception to this is Alpha GPC 99%. We recommend that this is stored in an airtight container at room temperature due to the hydroscopic nature of the product.

Can you provide me with a Certificate of Analysis?

Yes we can. Please request one by emailing us at support@smartnootropics.co.uk and you will be emailed a COA.

What forms of Payment are accepted on your website?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We also accept payment by bank transfer. Please email support@smartnootropics.co.uk for further information regarding this.

Can I change my address if I entered it incorrectly when checking out?

If you want to change the address, please contact us immediately at support@smartnootropics.co.uk. If the item has not been dispatched this will be possible so we recommend letting us know immediately.

Do you provide a wholesale service with discounted prices?
